MELT butter in medium sized saucepan over medium heat. Then, add and stir in flour. Next, slowly stir in evaporated milk. Cook and stir constantly, in till mixture comes to a boil. Add the vegetables, chicken, chicken broth and onion salt into the saucepan and heat through. Serve with 1/4 cup pasta or rice.
