Cream of Chicken Soup with Vegetables Recipe #1056

0.5 package (10 oz) Vegetables, mixed, frozen, unprepared
0.25 cup Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium
0.5 breast,
bone and skin removed
Chicken, broilers or fryers, breast, meat only, raw
0.06 100 grams Butter, light, stick, without salt
0.06 tsp Spices, onion powder
0.25 cup Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat
0.25 oz Fresh-refrigerated, spinach, as purchased
0.06 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, unbleached

Preparation Instructions:

MELT butter in medium sized saucepan over medium heat. Then, add and stir in flour. Next, slowly stir in evaporated milk. Cook and stir constantly, in till mixture comes to a boil. Add the vegetables, chicken, chicken broth and onion salt into the saucepan and heat through. Serve with 1/4 cup pasta or rice.

Preparation time 35 minutes.
